At Bebebus we make use of DHL, The Courier Guy, DawnWing and CourierIt (the majority of the time, not exclusively) to ship all our packages. They are some of the most recognized and well now courier services in SA and they offer great service. Once your package has been delivered to them it is out of our control and they will be responsible for the delivery to you. Bebebus is not responsible if your order has not been delivered by the estimated delivery date once we have handed your parcel over to our courier service. If there is a delay in the delivery (due to strikes etc.) there will not be refunds, nor is Bebebus responsible for any lost or damaged parcels.

Please allow 3-5 Business days for your order to be delivered. Shipping may be delayed on big Sale events (Black Friday or Flash Sale).

Please make sure that the shipping address provided is correct. We will not be held responsible for parcels going missing because we have not received the correct address.
