Job Title: Brand Manager (Remote, South Africa)

As we continue to grow, we are looking for a talented Brand Manager to join our team and take charge of various aspects of our marketing & sales department. If you have a passion for social media, brand activations, customer service, and digital marketing, this is an exciting opportunity to make a significant impact on our brand’s journey.

Role Overview:
You will oversee the development and execution of our marketing strategy across multiple platforms. You will play a key role in driving brand growth and engagement through social media management, photoshoots, customer service, Shopify store management, paid media campaigns, and brand activations.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Social Media Management:
    Develop and execute social media strategies across platforms (Instagram, Facebook, Twitter, etc.), engaging with our community and driving brand awareness.
  • Photoshoots & Content Creation:
    Coordinate and manage photoshoots, ensuring high-quality visual content that aligns with our brand aesthetics and marketing goals.
  • Customer Service:
    Manage customer inquiries and feedback across digital platforms, ensuring timely and professional responses to build strong customer relationships.
  • Shopify Management:
    Oversee and manage the Shopify store, ensuring product listings are accurate, up-to-date, and optimized for conversion.
  • Paid Media Campaigns:
    Plan, execute, and optimize paid media campaigns (Google Ads, Facebook Ads, etc.) to drive traffic and sales.
  • Brand Activations:
    Conceptualize and execute brand activations, both online and offline, that enhance brand visibility and engage customers.

Requirements:

  • Proven experience in marketing, social media management, and e-commerce (preferably with Shopify).
  • Strong understanding of paid media platforms (Google Ads, Facebook Ads, Instagram, etc.).
  • Experience managing customer service and handling customer inquiries effectively.
  • Strong organizational skills and ability to multitask in a fast-paced environment.
  • Creative flair and a good eye for photography and content creation.
  • Excellent communication and writing skills.
  • Knowledge of analytics tools and performance tracking (Google Analytics, social media insights).
  • Ability to work independently and as part of a remote team.
  • Based in Johannesburg (JHB) or Cape Town (CPT).
