Below are some common questions about shipping, returns, and exchanges

How long does it take to get my package?

Delivery in South Africa takes about 1-5 working days from when your order has been shipped. Eg. If you order on a Saturday, your package will be shipping on Monday and will reach you within that week.

You will receive a confirmation email with a tracking number which you can use to track your parcel all the way to your door. You can also track your order by visiting the "Track Your Order" tab under "Support" on our website navigation. All you need is your order number!

Please note: on big sale days, there might be a slight delay.

Do you ship internationally?

Not at this stage. We focus 100% of our efforts on bringing high end, top quality baby products to the South African market.

How can I get Free Shipping?

We offer free shipping on all products. Yes, you’ve read that right!

Can I exchange or return a product?

Yes, most certainly! You can log your exchange using our online exchange process under the Support tab.

Do you guys have a pick-up option for online orders?

No, we do not have a pick-up option at the moment. We strictly do not allow sales, returns, or pick-ups from our warehouse.

How can I pay for my order?

We accept credit card payments from Visa or MasterCard through PayFast which is integrated into our site.

We have also partnered with PayJustNow to allow you to pay for your Bebebus order over 3 equal instalment. You pay 0% interest and receive your product immediately.

How can I track my parcel?

Super easy!

All you need to do is use your tracking number from your confirmation email. The email will be titled "Shipping update" and you can use that tracking number to track your order with the relevant courier.

Where can I see the products, do you have a store or showroom?

We don’t currently stock in any stores or have our own showroom/store. We are 100%
online at this stage with super-fast shipping and free exchanges and returns for absolute peace of mind.

Hopefully in the near future we can open a stunning store! For now, hit that online store!

How can one clean your products? Colour scheme is amazing, but little ones mess a lot?

Great question! We absolutely stand for aesthetics and stunning design, but it has to be practical right? That’s why all our items are made with fabric that you can simply wipe down with a damp cloth.

The items I want is sold out, when is stock available again?

We always try to have enough stock but items sometimes sell out so fast we can’t keep up. If that happens, go to the product you want on our website and hit the NOTIFY ME WHEN BACK IN STOCK green button and you’ll get an email when it’s back!
