Log a return or exchange
Please read the returns and exchange policy below before you proceed.
If for whatever reason you’re not happy with your purchase or part of your purchase you can return your product following the below instructions:
- Please send an email to info@bebebus.co.za.
- Specify your order number, the name item of the article you would like to return or exchange as well as the pick-up address.
- Our customer service member will book a pick-up date with our courier services and email the waybill to you.
- The courier company will collect the item at the location provided.
- Our team members will inspect the product and complete the return or exchange.
Returns Policy
Customers wishing to exchange or return merchandise must fill out the exchange form within 30 days. If an item is to be returned it needs to have all the original packing. All items must be clean and unused.
No returns, exchanges or refunds are allowed digital products like gift cards.
Regarding returns, you will be credited with the ZAR amount of the returned item in the form of a Bebebus voucher or refunded back into your bank account if the return is processed in the allowed time frame. Please note no returns/credits on the shipping costs.
We offer one free exchange per local order, shipped within the parameters of South Africa. After that, local shipping is calculated at R490.00 one way. For international exchanges, the customer is responsible for the shipping costs and any relevant duties of an exchange.
Please note, that we cannot guarantee the exchange of limited edition items since specific products might be out of stock and not made anymore.
All discounted items, sale or Black Friday items or Giveaway items cannot be returned or exchanged and are final.
